Sales Engineer
****As Sales Engineer at Browserbase, you’ll be the go-to person for our largest customers. You’ll participate in every stage of the sales cycle: from intro call, to implementation, and ongoing support. You’ll evangelize what our customers need, diving into the codebase to implement it yourself when possible. Your customer insights will be a major input to our GTM and product strategy, and you’ll work directly with Paul to deliver on them.
As a Sale Engineer at Browserbase, you will:
- Ship features that are blocking our largest customers from successfully integrating our product.
- Engage with our customers during onboarding, understand any implementation blockers and stop churn before it happens.
- Be the voice of the customer by capturing, documenting, and championing new customer requirements and feature requests.
- Drive strategy to grow our top line revenue, including innovating on pricing and packaging.
- Play a key role in recruiting additional team members to Browserbase.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- To be based in San Francisco and able to work regularly from our Union Square office.
- Interest in AI and developer tools.
You are a good fit for this role if you:

- Have a high sense of agency and accountability and can prioritize your work without much outside input.
- Excel in both written and verbal communication. You thoughtfully leverage different modes of communication that best fit what you’re trying to communicate.
- Have direct experience building great products, and like to collaborate with others to implement your ideas.
- Are able to immerse yourself in unfamiliar topics and understand complex technical concepts in order to make informed decisions.
- Are a strong systems thinker and can understand how your decisions impact the customer experience all the way down the stack.
