This role has the potential to evolve into "Operations Lead" or "Chief of Staff" as the company grows and the responsibilities expand.
Responsibilities:
- Scale: Identify key challenges and implement processes to enable Browserbase to scale by 10X.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide targeted support to areas of the company that require extra attention, including customer support, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Project Management: Lead individual projects that remove obstacles and drive progress within the team.
- Coordination: Assist with the scheduling and organization of customer and candidate meetings as needed.
- Culture Building: Organize regular team events that foster a strong, positive company culture.
- Strategic Contributor: Serve as our "secret weapon," ensuring that interactions with Browserbase are exceptional for customers, candidates, and team members alike.
